Some medical conditions are also known to cause a vitamin d deficiency. These are, Cystic Fibrosis, Crohn’s disease and Celiac disease. This is due to the fact that they do not allow the intestines to absorb enough vitamin d even if you are taking supplements. So, taking your vitamin d topically through the skin is a great way to make sure your body is getting some vitamin d, as it will be getting absorbed immediately into the blood stream.
Application: It is best to do a patch test on a small area before applying to any larger areas. Gently massage oil into the skin until disappeared. This can be used 1-2 times a day.
